After spending numerous hours reading usability books and conducting practices, my suggestion and decisions for the UI flow get totally shifted and shut down by business owners for worse usability. Reason? They dont like it... no emprical date and no scientific observation were based on decision. They just dont like it... it's from a personal opinion and assumption. I am thikning about discontinuing usability practices for this project. Why? Business Owners DONT CARE! They cry out for better "USABILITY" and better web "ACCESSIBILITY", yet they are desgining the flow completely based on the previous UI, which they admit one of the worst UI flow in the history of web2.0.

Maybe my presentation wasnt just good enough.
Back to more education... must finish reading Web Usability Prioritization.
