Design Approval Process

Being invovled in a huge project where Mock ups and rough drafts are flying around in daily basis, it is inevitable for an only designer in a team,myself , to be invovled in unorganized enviroments where things get lost in translation. When each mock up needs a discussion / modification / approval, it could be a nightmare for a designer to handle all the mock ups to stay ahead of the developers.

For the Connect project, I have introduced a tree structured patterns repository. On this page all the mock ups are presented by modules on a tree structure format. Instead of getting an approval for each page, each module will be reviewed and approved by the business owner. With this process, i no longer need to update everypage when a portion of design needs an update.
